Today, I was supposed to go to The Pas to get my eyes checked. Then at the last minute, I had heard from my father that there was supposed to be a blizzard in The Pas today. So, we didn’t go. My dad is going to book another appointment for Saturday, and I am very happy about it :).
The strange thing is, though, is that I want glasses. I would really like the responsibility of taking care of glasses. Plus, I would want to know how I looked in my own glasses. My parents say I shouldn’t get my hopes up, but that’s kind of too late.
I think I need glasses because ever since grade 6 I have been having trouble seeing the white board. Also, I have been told that I need glasses by some of my closest friends.
Just in case you are wondering, this is why i changed my backround on my blog :lol:. Well, I guess that’s it for now!!

Woo I don’t understand how you could want glasses contacts are way better. Lots of people who don’t need them want them :S It really sucks when you can’t see the bored I never can and I always have to ask people what every second word is.

I loved it when i first got my glasses. I was able to see things that i didn’t even know that I was supposed to be seeing. It was like something brand new. Now, i hate it when I don’t have them on.

So did you get glasses? How is it going? Like Mr. Fisher, I feel funny when I don’t have my glasses on.
